As a collaborative effort between The Whit Gallery and Desi Murphy, this simple planter represents more than meets the eye. Your purchase supports the programming provided for the St. Cloud Community and beyond.

Knowing that something handmade, with simple lines and elegant consistency, takes years of practice and aesthetic intention. Desi Murphy approaches her work, like we approach ours... with intention

This beautiful limited edition 4" ceramic pot, perfect for the simplest of plants, does not go home alone! You also get a jade plant provided by Green Thumb, Etc. (Pick up only).

"As a full-time ceramic artist, I’ve been designing functional clay pieces for over 24 years. I work out of my pottery studio in Central Minnesota. My stoneware and porcelain pieces are contemporary in style, and prioritize clean lines, functionality and a neutral palette. I develop and mix my own glazes, allowing for control over the aesthetic of my work. I believe that the essence of a well-made pot is conveyed through attention and dedication to the process and material. I hope to someday come closer to perfecting my craft." - Desi Murphy
